How to Create a New Permit Type
- Go to Permit Types in the sidebar
- Click "Create Permit Type"
- Choose to create manually or use AI
Manual Creation
Creating a permit type manually:
- Basic Info: Enter name, select icon and color
- Questions: Add fields for data collection
- Workflow: Configure statuses and actions
- Permissions: Set who can do what
- Publish: Make it available for use
